Promotional offers
From time to time, Phoenix may run promotions and offers on selected products or lines – we refer to these collectively as our “Promotional Offers”. All our Promotional Offers are subject to the below terms and conditions:
- They are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items that are already discounted unless otherwise stated;
- They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer; they are valid for a limited period of time as specified in the marketing communication on the website and cannot be used outside of that period;

All prices quoted on this Website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the United Kingdom (UK) then your UK sales tax (VAT) will be zero. Orders from EU countries may be subject to the payment of duty on import duty and you (the customer) will be responsible for the payment of any import taxes and duties levied on your order.

By placing an order via this website, you are making an offer to Phoenix to purchase the goods, upon the terms described’ in your order. By placing an order for the delivery of goods via this website, you are making an offer to Phoenix to deliver the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Payment will be taken at the point of order placement.
Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery, if applicable), we will send you confirmation that your order has been received. This is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. A contract between you and Phoenix for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.
We are unable to amend or cancel any orders once they are placed.

Deliveries
Please note that a delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. Phoenix shall receive such delivery charge in relation to the delivery of the goods.
We endeavour to dispatch orders received on the same day or next business day and in any event within 72 hours of receipt.
International deliveries
International deliveries will be subject (in addition) to the following terms and conditions.
- By accepting these terms and conditions and requesting delivery, you are making an offer to Phoenix to deliver the goods detailed in your order upon the terms and charge described in your order.
- Ownership, title and risk of the goods will pass to you when the goods are placed at your disposal at our UK premises
All Prices are exclusive of UK VAT.
Stock availability
We endeavour to display all items currently available on our website and aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes while a product is active. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. If this is the case and we expect more stock to become available within a reasonable time scale, this will be highlighted in your Basket. The stock status for your order will also be shown on your order confirmation. If a product is truly out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your Basket but you will be given the opportunity to request an e-mail when the item is back in stock.
UK VAT refunds
UK VAT is not charged on goods exported to a destination outside of the United Kingdom. 0% UK VAT has been applied on these sales, therefore these sales are not eligible for a UK VAT Refund.
